Frequently Asked Questions
What is Analytics Curriculum?
Analytics Curriculum provides accessible, current, teach‑ready materials in data analytics and AI for colleges and universities. All titles are published and copyrighted by Data Analytics Curriculum, LLC.
Why do your books use fewer visuals?
Our textbooks follow modern digital accessibility standards. We use purposeful, properly tagged visuals and avoid decorative graphics that reduce accessibility or increase cognitive load.
Are your materials accessibility‑tested?
Yes. EPUBs are tested with ACE by DAISY and revalidated by distributors such as Kortext. All etext and materials meet current US and international digital accessibility laws.
What technologies do your labs use?
Labs use Excel, Python, R, and AI tools. Except for Excel, all tools are free and require no proprietary software. Code is platform‑agnostic and can be run in environments like RStudio, Colab, or similar.
How do instructors get access?
Instructor copies are available at no cost for adopted courses.
Do you provide technical support?
We do not offer technical support. All labs and materials have been classroom‑tested across multiple semesters for reliability and ease of use.
Is your content AI‑generated?
No. The instructional content was originally developed before generative AI tools existed and has been updated over many years. AI may be used for editing, formatting, or image generation, but the underlying curriculum is author‑written.
Are your books open source?
No. All materials are copyrighted and may not be redistributed, modified, or republished without permission.
How do I purchase your books?
ISBNs and purchasing links are listed in the Catalog. Titles are distributed through Amazon, Kortext, Follett, and IngramSpark, and can be ordered through most college bookstores. If a bookstore has difficulty ordering, the store’s academic representative can resolve it through standard distributor channels.
